In the position of Safety Manager at Volkswagen, an employee of Melster Consulting GmbH was responsible for the safety of various functions, including airbag deployment, seat adjustment, seat heating and access control. Through a comprehensive safety strategy and regular checks, the Melster Consulting team helped to ensure that these systems functioned at the highest level of safety.

In the role of Functional Safety Engineer (FSE) for BMW AG, an employee from Melster Consulting was involved in the preparation of impact analyses, safety plans, and the review of HARA (Hazard Analysis and Risk Assessment) and safety concepts.
