Ronald Melster, the founder of Melster Consulting GmbH, has many years of experience in the automotive and aviation industries. Since 1996 he has been working in the areas of functional safety, process improvement according to Automotive SPICE® and cybersecurity. With a career spanning more than 25 years, he has developed into one of the most experienced assessors in German-speaking countries.

Ronald has been working as an intacs™-certified assessor (Principal Assessor) for Automotive SPICE® and ISO 15504 since 2005. He is also one of the first assessors who can carry out the model extension "Automotive SPICE® for Cybersecurity".
